The opening ceremony on the piers of the most luxurious and technologically modern marina in the Adriatic ACI Marina Rovinj was attended by Croatian institutions, the press, event partners and all the racers along with the Star Chefs.
Bringing institutional greetings were the deputy mayor of Pula. David Modrušan, Adriana Mišković by ACI Marinas, Iva Damuggia Of the tourist board of the city of Rovinj, Tanja Barratin of Prosecco DOC title sponsor followed by an elegant aperitif, with toasts together with all crews and guests present on the docks with the boats moored, ready for the regatta.
Event creator Claudio Demartis along with Franco Favaretto, who has been part of the organization since the first edition, then revealed the pairing of the Chefs with the maxi yachts:
